What are your shipping and handling procedures for fragile collectibles?
We use specialized, acid-free protective sleeves and reinforced packaging to ensure your items arrive in the exact condition described. All domestic and international orders are fully insured during transit.
What is your return policy for numismatic items?
We offer a 14-day return window for most items, provided they remain in their original, unopened protective holders. Please note that bullion items may be subject to market loss fees.
Do you offer professional grading services?
While we do not grade items in-house, we can facilitate the submission process to third-party services like PCGS, NGC, or PSA for items purchased through our store.
How often is your inventory updated?
New acquisitions are added to our digital catalog every Tuesday and Friday. We recommend signing up for our newsletter to receive first-access alerts for rare estate finds.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, and bank wire transfers for high-value transactions. For local pickup, we also accept verified cashier's checks.
