At Shields Stamps & Coins, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase; if your item isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original, unworn condition with all tags and packaging intact to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Items

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all security tags are attached, and include the provided packing slip inside the box.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Print your prepaid shipping label, affix it to the outside of your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your exchange item within 5 to 7 business days.
